Miss Universe Philippines 2025 wrapped up its crucial preliminary competition on April 28, Monday, at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Pasay City.
Sixty-six candidates walked the runway in swimsuit and evening gown segments, aiming to secure a spot in the semifinals.
The delegates also completed their closed-door interviews earlier the same day.
Chelsea Manalo, reigning Miss Universe Philippines and Miss Universe Asia 2024, hosted the show alongside Erika Kristensen-Lee.

The judging panel included Miss Universe Philippines national director Shamcey Supsup-Lee and actress Bianca Umali.
The candidates wore violet swimsuits paired with sheer capes and Jojo Bragais heels, previously featured in the 71st Miss Universe.
In the evening gown segment, candidates choose their own gowns to reflect personal style.
The preliminary scores from the interview, swimsuit, and gown portions will determine who advances to the next round. Finalists will be announced on coronation night.
Organizers will continue with the National Costume Show and Charity Gala on April 30 at Okada Manila.
The coronation night will take place on May 2 at the Mall of Asia Arena, Pasay. The winner will receive the MUPH crown from Chelsea Manalo and move on to compete internationally.
The Miss Universe Philippines pageant continues to uphold its goal of finding the country’s next global beauty ambassador.
