Filipina social media star Niana Guerrero sits down with Boy Abunda to discuss fame, fortune and and on being a daughter. In the talkshow, Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, they discussed her roots and how far she’s come as an eighteen-year-old content creator.

Niana Guerrero’s full name is Niana Jose Evidente Guerrero. She is an eighteen-year-old Filipino with over a hundred million followers across social media. Additionally, she has been featured in the biggest names in Hollywood and global entertainment.

Due to her popularity, Billie Eilish and Jungkook were able to recognize her. The latter and K-pop idol even follows her on TikTok. Here, she shared that he still engages with her content. 



There are multiple possible answers when people ask, “Who is Niana Guerrero?”. Aside from working with prominent international names, she’s also worked with popular local artists. She collaborated with SB19 in a former video. 

Moreover, she’s best friends with one of the biggest names in her generation, AC Bonifacio. She also works closely with her family by creating content. The Ranz and Niana siblings duo was one of the things that made them rise to fame.

In her Fast Talk interview, she said that she started when her older brother, Ranz Kyle, asked her to make a Gwiyomi video. When this clip was published on the internet, Ranz already had a following, as he was a former member of the boy group Chicser.

During the interview, Niana said she was still around eight or nine. When asked about her fame, she said that she enjoys it. However, she also acknowledges its price, which is privacy.

Still, she is very thankful for her supporters and says that they are very respectful when they approach her in public.

On the topic of her turning eighteen, she says, “I say, there was more responsibility. But, like, not really much of a change. I’m still like learning new stuff as I– since I’m now ‘legal.’”  



She also says that her parents help her manage her finances and encourage her to spend her hard-earned money on the things she wants.

Since then, her following has grown significantly. Today, she says she has a team behind her and her brother.

When asked how she gained such popularity, she said she was unsure why. “I feel like I just really had such an insane love for dancing that I really just did it. Then, parang nagkataon na people really like it. And it just started from there.”
