Netflix is hyping fans up with the official trailer for ‘Gyeongseong Creature’ Season 2, the highly anticipated Korean horror-thriller series. Outside the trailer, the streaming platform has now released more details on how the story progresses from the previous season.

The trailer confirms that in ‘Gyeongseong Creature’ Season 2, the unfinished story will continue in 2024 Seoul. Chae Ok, played by Han So Hee, is a survivor of the 1945 Gyeongseong and experiences recurring nightmares from her past that seem to be coming true in the present time.
She encounters Ho Jae, played by Park Seo Joon, who bears a striking resemblance to Tae Sang from 1945.
The Season 2 trailer then showed a shady organization that controls a group of sinister agents beginning to take action. Then the scene cuts back to Chae Ok and Ho Jae having a brief showdown, with the former asking to join sides, citing “You won’t be able to handle them.”
The trailer has shown viewers what they will expect from the 2nd season of “Gyeongseong Creature” a mix of action and horror. Netflix also shared that the season uncovers “the never-ending ties of fate — both good and bad — that weaves through time.”

Since its first season’s release, ‘Gyeongseong Creature’ has ranked third on Netflix’s top 10 most viewed Non-English shows. The series was praised for its visual effects and action sequences. However, the first season faced criticism for its plot and character development.
Nevertheless, the series was a hit and led to the announcement of “Gyeongseong Creature” season 2. Fans can expect some of the criticism to be improved within this series.
