MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Liza Soberano appears on the cover page of Singapore’s Grazia magazine issue of June/July 2023.
Grazia, the Singapore-based publication, chose the Filipina actress to feature on the cover page of their June/July 2023 release.
“One of the Philippines’ most captivating young actors, our June/July 2023 cover star catapulted to fame acting in romantic comedies, but, as GRAZIA finds out, there’s more to this national sweetheart than meets the eye,” it is written in the magazine about Liza Soberano.
Liza spoke about her Hollywood debut, the culture of the entertainment industry itself, and the reason why she is speaking her mind through the things she wants to do.
“I feel like I’m getting a second chance at introducing myself as an actress. I’m just allowing myself as an artist to feel, enjoy the process, explore, and try things out that I would never have dared to try out when I was building my career in the Philippines,” Liza says in the magazine.
In the magazine, Liza revealed that romantic comedies are not her thing, and she prefers to watch things like horror movies or thrillers.
Soberano has landed a role in an upcoming horror-comedy-romance movie called “Lisa Frankenstein,” set in the late ’80s starring Kathryn Newton and Cole Sprouse.
