SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA — After eight years of being in a relationship, beloved! “My Girl” actress Lee Da-Hae and renowned Korean singer Se7en exchanged vows and tied the knot on Saturday, May 6.
The couple celebrated their union in an intimate ceremony held at Shilla Hotel in Jung-gu, Seoul. The star-studded event was attended by fellow celebrities, including BIGBANG’s Taeyang, Gummy, SES’s Bada, as well as comedians Kim Jun-ho and Jo Se-ho, who took on the hosting duties.
Among the guests were celebrities like So Yoo Jin and Baek Jong Won, Teddy, Daesung, Super Junior’s Eunhyuk, Donghae, Kyuhyun, Heechul, and Kangin, Kim Jaejoong, Lee Soo Hyuk, Park SI Yeon, and Kwak Si Yang, reported. Choi Sung Hoon, who is a close friend of the couple, also attended the wedding.
Se7en gave fans a glimpse of the special occasion by sharing photos and videos posted by guests through his Instagram Stories. Additional snaps from the wedding were showcased by photographer Lee Kyung-ho on Instagram.
“Just as you have up until now, we ask that you continue to show lots of support for Lee Da Hae, who will be creating an even happier life after marriage,” Lee Da Hae’s agency K-Star Global Entertainment commented.
Lee Da-hae and Se7en’s romantic journey began in 2015, although their relationship was only confirmed by their respective agencies in September 2016. The couple announced their wedding date in March, paving the way for their long-awaited nuptials.
Aside from her notable role in “My Girl,” Lee Da-Hae has graced the screens in various Korean TV series, including “Green Rose,” “East of Even,” “Miss Ripley,” and “Hotel King.” Se7en, born as Choi Dong-wook, has captivated fans with hit songs such as “Come Back To Me,” “La La La,” “Promise,” and “Passion.”
