Jovan Rey Alimocon (Jovan Gwapo), a 12-year old boy from Surigao del Sur, became an overnight sensation through his humorous debut vlog posted on February 28, 2025.

Chito Samontina, known for his Bisaya talk show CHITchat, sat down with Jovan Gwapo after his overnight virality.

The episode featured a tour in Jovan’s residence, which was initially shown in the viral video, and viewers are given a gist of what transpired after the breakout moment.

Jovan encouraged the act of planting trees instead of deforestation.

He also opened up that his ambition came from a lecture from his teacher.
