Filipina celebrity and “It’s Showtime” host Jackie Gonzaga took to social media to respond to the ongoing rumors about being impregnated by Ion Perez.
In her TikTok livestream, some of her fans have brought up questions relating to the pregnancy rumors.
“Si Kuya Ion? Ano’ng truth?! Kung anu-ano pinag-iisyu n’yo,” Jackie said. “Adik ba kayo? Tigilan n’yo bisyo n’yo ah.”

After hearing everything about the “Jackie Gonzaga pregnancy rumor,” she immediately cleared the misinformation. She also added that the fake news was made to generate income for online “trolls.”
“At saka ‘yung mga trolls din naman, anu-ano pinag… for the views kasi. Siguro kumikita sila doon so, wala doon sila kikita. Ganoon talaga, grind nila iyon. Issue nila iyon. Bahala sila doon. Kadiri mga issue n’yo. Kadiri mga tao naniniwala sa fake news!”
Jackie Gonzaga concluded her explanation by warning people not to believe and spread fake news on social media. She also thanked the fans who didn’t buy the rumors.
“Congrats naman sa lahat ng mga hindi naniniwala sa fake news at nakakapag-isip kayo nang maayos,” she said.

It has been speculated that the “Jackie Gonzaga pregnancy” rumors started because of her frequent pairing with Ion Perez. Despite their good chemistry, they have long confirmed that they are just good friends.
Ion also revealed that he is happy with his partner Vice Ganda. Jackie is said to be in the healing process after her break-up from her previous relationship. In a past interview, she said she is firm about cutting ties with him and closing doors on the possibility of reconciling.
Both Perez and Gonzaga still continue to entertain the fans in the noontime program “It’s Showtime” alongside Ganda and many others.
