Ivana Alawi, one of the most sought-after stars and content creators in the Philippines, directly addressed plastic surgery rumors in a candid interview on Wednesday’s Fast Talk with Boy Abunda.

When Boy Abunda asked about the “worst fake news of herself” she has encountered, the content creator responded with striking honesty and humor: “Retokado yung mukha ko.”
She bluntly added, “Ang kapal niyo, walang retoke diyan,” emphasizing her facial features are all-natural.
The conversation delved deeper into Ivana’s insecurities, with the actress admitting that she once felt self-conscious about her nose.
I think na-embrace ko kasi lahat ng insecurity ko pero dati, ‘yung ilong ko po. Kaya nga sinasabi n’yo, retoke. Retoke? Insecurity ko nga ‘to,” she shared.
When asked if she is considering undergoing cosmetic procedures, Ivana responded, “Hindi na, bahala kayo.”
“Okay na ako. Masaya na ako. Contour-contour na lang ‘yan,” she said.
