Philippine television variety show “It’s Showtime” continues its 15th-anniversary special with big-name appearances and heart-pumping performances.
Karylle began the show by being suspended in the air while wearing an angel costume. She sang a song that she wrote for her late father, Modesto Tatlonghari.
Following Karylle’s performance, Ryan dedicated his own performance to his parents and to a dinner they had earlier in the year as a complete family.

For Vice Ganda’s performance, she presented an interpretative dance reflecting the obstacles he faced during her 15-year tenure on the show.
Once they concluded their individual performances, they hyped up the viewers by bringing the P-pop boy band SB19 to the stage. The band’s presence only built up the audience’s thrill as they performed their rehashed version of ‘Liham.’
SB19’s appearance is just the beginning of a star-studded lineup on It’s Showtime. Gold medalist Carlos Yulo and actress Awra Briguela also make special guest appearances, delighting fans even more.
The show’s anniversary special also includes many standout moments and highlights, such as the live reunion of an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) with her children on air.

It’s Showtime’s “Magpasikat” is the show’s week-long anniversary special. It includes an annual talent competition between hosts and co-stars. The 2024 edition is especially significant as it marks the first time the noontime show is celebrating its milestone on GMA-7.
The special will continue on Tuesday with performances by Ogie Alcasid, Kim Chiu, MC, and Lassy. Meanwhile, Vhong Navarro, Amy Perez, Darren Espanto, and Ion Perez will take the stage on Wednesday.
Moreover, Anne Curtis, Jugs Jugueta, and Teddy Corpuz will perform on Thursday. Team Jhong Hilario, Jackie Gonzaga, and Cianne Dominguez will conclude the competition on Friday.
It’s Showtime aired its anniversary special on October 21 and will conclude on October 26, Saturday.
