PAG-IBIG offers numerous benefits, including access to affordable housing loans, short-term loans, and a provident savings program.
In this article, we will guide you through the process of registration for PAG-IBIG membership online and walk-in, highlighting the benefits and requirements involved.
Who Needs to Apply?
PAG-IBIG membership is applicable to all eligible working sectors including:
- Employers
- Government Employees
- Private Employees
- Domestic Workers
- Self-employed Individuals
- Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs)
Requirements
Register as a Walk-in
- One (1) valid ID
- A photocopy of your valid ID (front and back) with your three (3) signatures
- Ball-point pen
Methods of Application
Register Online
Step 1: Go to pagibigfund.gov.ph.
Step 2: On your left side of the screen, look for the “e-Services” section.

Step 3: Click Membership Registration.
Step 4: You will then be directed to a new page:

Step 5: Fill out your necessary information, such as:
- Last Name
- First Name
- Middle Name
- (NOTE: You also have the option of checking “No Middle Name” if applicable.)
- Date of Birth
Step 6: Enter the correct CAPTCHA
Step 7: Click Submit.
Step 8: You will then be directed to the “Online Membership Registration.”

Step 9: Fill out the rest of your necessary information:
- Member Info
- Other Info
- Address
- Contacts
- Heirs
- Member Category
- Employment History
Step 10: Sections with an asterisk (*) means it is a required information.
Step 11: When you are at the “Summary” section, you’ll be given an option to go back to previous sections or Submit Registration.

Step 12: After you submit your registration, you will see the “SUCCESSFUL REGISTRATION PAGE” along with the information on your Registration Tracking Number (RTN) as well as a URL.

Register as a Walk-in
Step 1: After online membership registration, go to your nearest PAG-IBIG Branch.
Step 2: Approach an employee for you to be assisted.
Step 3: You will be given a “Request Slip” form.

Step 4: Fill out the necessary information. For this purpose, just write “Application.”
Step 5: Give your filled-out Request Slip form and a photocopy version of your valid ID with your three (3) handwritten signatures. Present your original valid ID when asked.
Step 6: Wait for your membership to be processed.
Step 7: When the employee calls your name, you will be given your Member’s Data Form (MDF). You will also be given additional instructions.

Important Reminders
Register Pag-IBIG Online
- After two (2) days of getting your RTN, visit Pag-IBIG MID Inquiry to know your MID Number.
- Fill out the following information:
- Registration Tracking Number (RTN)
- Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Click Submit.
- NOTE: When you have your MID Number, it will be easier for you to acquire your Member’s Data Form at your nearest PAG-IBIG branch.
Register as a Walk-in
- Bring a valid government-issued ID and other necessary documents as proof of identity.
- Request and fill out the Member’s Data Form at the branch. If you already filled out the Pag-IBIG online form, there’s no need to do such a thing.
- Expect possible long queues, arrive as early as possible to allocate enough time for processing.
- Secure your Membership ID (MID) number after registration for future transactions.

To register for PAG-IBIG membership for the first time, you need to fill out the Member’s Data Form (MDF) at the nearest PAG-IBIG branch or online through their website. After submission, you will be issued a PAG-IBIG Membership ID (MID) number, which is necessary for your future transactions.
