Celebrity sister duo Toni and Alex Gonzaga team up to prank their mom, Pinty. Alex started the vlog by saying they’re pranking her mom for her niece’s birthday party bill. Throughout the video, the matriarch is stressed out by her daughters, who can’t figure out how to split the bill.

Alex Gonzaga creates funny videos on her YouTube channel that attract her Filipino audience. It has over fourteen million subscribers, and her birthday bill prank video, uploaded on September 15, has garnered nearly two million views.

Alex Gonzaga’s real name is Catherine, which her family refers to her as. The video starts with Alex asking her mom to help her with the bill. She says she offered her older sister, Toni Gonzaga, to divide the overall cost of the party between the three of them.

Alex Gonzaga even had multiple accomplices to pull off the prank including AC, director Paul Soriano, and her older sister. Their stressed mother said she didn’t bring her chequebook.

They even created fake invoices to help sell the prank. With the vendors’ help, they made the party look like it cost ₱1.8 million for a girl’s first birthday party. Even the wine at the party allegedly cost ₱900,000 for the practical joke.

They were seen bantering over the wine’s overall expense. The pair even pointed out that barely anyone drank the beverage.

“The Entitled” star kept returning to her mom to help her with the bill. When Toni offered to pay for everything herself, Alex kept whispering to their mom, “Mommy napapahiya ako.” 

Before revealing the prank to their mom, Alex started crying because of their misunderstanding over the bill. 

Towards the end of the video, their mother shared that she would pay for the bill if they divided it by three. They even tried to prank their father. However, he was quick to realize that it was a prank.
