MANILA, PHILIPPINES — The new set of fuel price changes for the month is set to take effect on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, according to industry sources.
In a separate advisory, Effective 12:01 am Mar 7, 2023, Caltex will increase fuel prices of Platinum and Silver by Php0.40 per liter, Diesel by Php1.50 per liter and Kerosene by Php1.25 per liter.
Jetti petroleum will implement a price increase for diesel by Php1.50 per liter, and for gasoline Php0.40 per liter.
Effective 6:00 am, Pilipinas SHELL will implement a price increase for diesel by Php1.50 per liter , for gasoline Php0.40 per liter and kerosene by Php1.25 per liter.
Petro Gazz will implement a price decrease for diesel by Php1.50 per liter and for gasoline by Php0.40 per liter effective 6:00 am.
Effective 6:00 am, Seaoil will implement a price increase for diesel by Php1.50 per liter, gasoline by Php0.40 per liter, and kerosene by Php1.25 per liter.
Effective 4:01 pm, CleanFuel will implement a price increase for diesel by Php1.50 per liter, and Php0.40 per liter for gasoline.

The estimates for this week are the following:
- Diesel – Php1.20 to Php1.50 per liter (Increase)
- Gasoline – Php0.10 to Php.40 per liter (Increase)
- Kerosene – Php1.20 to Php1.50 per liter (Increase)
Year-to-date net increase
Effective 28 February 2023, the oil companies implemented a per liter decrease of P0.70 for gasoline, P1.30 for diesel and P1.80 for kerosene.
These resulted to a year-to-date net decrease for diesel at P2.40/liter and kerosene at P2.30/liter. Gasoline on the other hand has a net increase of P5.30/liter.
Oil firms usually announce new fuel price changes every Monday to be implemented on Tuesday. – WhatALife!
