MANILA, PHILIPPINES — The new set of fuel price changes for the month is set to take effect on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, according to industry sources.
In a separate advisory, Effective 12:01AM Caltex will decrease fuel prices of Platinum and Silver by Php 0.85 per liter and diesel by Php 1.30 per liter and Kerosene by Php 1.90 per liter.
Jetti petroleum will implement a price decrease for diesel master by Php 1.30 per liter, and for gasoline Php 0.85 per liter.
Effective 6:00 am, Pilipinas SHELL will implement a price decrease for gasoline by Php 0.85 per liter, for diesel Php 1.30 per liter and kerosene by Php 1.30 per liter.
Petro Gazz will implement a price decrease for diesel by Php 1.30 per liter and for gasoline by Php 0.85 per liter effective 6:00 am.
Effective 6:00 am, Seaoil will implement a price decrease for gasoline by Php 0.85 per liter, diesel by Php 1.30 per liter, and kerosene by Php 1.90 per liter.
Effective 12:01 am, CleanFuel will implement a price decrease for gasoline by Php 0.85 per liter, and decrease by Php 1.30 per liter for diesel.
Effective 6:00 am, PTT Philippines will implement a price decrease for gasoline by Php1.20 per liter, and Php1.85 per liter for diesel.
Phoenix Petroleum Philippines will decrease the prices of gasoline by Php 0.85 per liter and diesel by Php 1.30 per liter.

The estimates for this week are the following:
- Diesel – Php 1.30 to Php 1.85 per liter (Rollback)
- Gasoline – Php 0.85 to Php 1.00 per liter (Rollback)
- Kerosene – Php 1.90 to Php 2.20 per liter (Rollback)
Year-to-date net increase
Effective 28 March 2023, the oil companies implemented a per liter decrease of P0.10 for diesel and P0.60 for kerosene. On the opposite, the price of gasoline has increased by P1.00 per liter.
These resulted to a year-to-date net decrease for diesel at P1.00/liter and kerosene at P1.65/liter. Gasoline on the other hand, has a net increase of P6.70/liter.
