MANILA, PHILIPPINES — The new set of fuel price changes for the month is set to take effect on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, according to industry sources.
In a separate advisory, Petron will implement a price increase for diesel by Php1.05 per liter, Php0.90 per liter by gasoline, and a rollback for kerosene by Php0.25 per liter.
Effective 6:00 am, Pilipinas SHELL will implement a price increase for diesel by Php1.05 per liter , price increase for gasoline Php0.90 per liter and rollback for kerosene by Php0.25 per liter.
Petro Gazz will implement a price increase for diesel by Php1.05 per liter effective 6:00 am.
Effective 6:00 am, Seaoil will implement a price increase for diesel by Php1.05 per liter, gasoline by Php0.90 per liter, and a rollback by kerosene by Php0.25 per liter.
Effective 04:01 pm, CleanFuel will implement a price increase for diesel by Php1.05 per liter, and Php0.90 per liter for gasoline.

The estimates for this week are the following:
- Diesel – Php0.96 to Php1.10 per liter (increase)
- Gasoline – Php0.74 to Php1.00 per liter (increase)
- Kerosene – Php0.10 to Php0.40 per liter (rollback)
Year-to-date net increase
Effective 14 February 2023, the oil companies implemented a per liter decrease of P2.20 for diesel and P2.50 for kerosene. No movement has been effected on the price of gasoline.
These resulted to a year-to-date net decrease for diesel at P2.15/liter and kerosene at P0.25/liter. Gasoline remains at a net increase of P5.10/liter.
