MANILA, PHILIPPINES — The new set of fuel price changes for the month is set to take effect on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, according to industry sources.
In a separate advisory, Caltex will implement a price decrease for diesel by Php2.20 per liter, no movement by Platinum and Silver gasoline.
Effective 6:00 am, Pilipinas SHELL will implement a price decrease for diesel by Php2.20 per liter, kerosene by Php2.50 per liter, no movement for gasoline.
Petro Gazz will implement a price decrease for diesel by Php2.20 per liter effective 6:00 am.
Effective 6:00 am, Seaoil will implement a price decrease for diesel by Php2.20 per liter, kerosene by Php2.50 per liter, and no movement for gasoline.
Effective 12:01 am, CleanFuel will implement a price decrease for diesel by Php2.20 per liter, and no movement for gasoline.

The estimates for this week are the following:
- Diesel – Php2.20 to Php2.50 per liter (rollback)
- Gasoline – Php0.0 to Php0.30 per liter (increase)
- Kerosene – Php2.30 to Php2.60 per liter (rollback)
Year-to-date net increase
Effective 07 February 2023, the oil companies implemented a per liter decrease in gasoline by
P2.10, diesel by P3.00 and kerosene by P2.30.
These resulted to a total net increase this year to stand at P7.20/liter for gasoline, P3.05/liter for diesel, and P4.45/liter for kerosene.
