Maja Salvador, a Filipino actress, appeared in the promotional video for Netflix’s series “Gyeongseong Creature.”
In the promo video, Korean actors Han So Hee and Park Seo Joon discover a laboratory filled with materials related to “Philippine Creature.” in the latter part of the video, Maja is seen behind the bars, wearing an orange prison uniform. Park Seo Joon noticed several vials labeled with the names of Filipino locations, such as Taguig, Quezon, and Pampanga. He picked up one that read “Manila.”He then turned his attention to a wall adorned with sketches of various monsters, one of which featured Maja’s face. In the latter part of the video, Maja is seen behind the bars, wearing an orange prison uniform.
“Sandale! Malapit na ang Part 2,” read the text on the video, which is another reference to a line spoken by Maja’s Ivy character.

Netflix Thailand posted a similar promotion video, with actor-host DJ Nui playing the same role as Maja Salvador.
“Gyeongseong Creature” is a Korean drama series set in 1945. It tells the story of people who combat monstrous creatures resulting from human greed.
The initial seven episodes were released on December 22. The remaining three episodes are scheduled for release on January 5.
