Korean girl group, FIFTY FIFTY, announces their return in September. The group is set to return with four FIFTY FIFTY new members and one original member, Keena.
The group has planned two mystery releases on August 21 and August 30 at 1:00 PM Korean Standard Time (KST). In addition, their highly anticipated second mini album is set to drop on September 20 at 1:00 PM KST.

Just last week, the group teased their comeback as a five-member ensemble. On July 24, midnight KST, they released a “silhouette teaser.” The video offered a glimpse of the four new members.
According to their showcase, there are two mystery releases in August, on the 21st and 30th. On August 9, there will be “HELLO FIFTY FIFTY,” and from August 12 to 16, “WE ARE FIFTY-FIFTY.”
The girl group’s agency shared, “We’ve been holding auditions in search of new members for the group’s new start. We finalized four new members in April.” They added, ‘We know that many people have been waiting for their comeback, but we needed more time for the sake of album quality and global marketing,” in response to the group’s delayed comeback. They were originally scheduled to return in June 2024.

Attrakt, their agency, also held auditions in other Southeast Asian countries. They worked together with Singaporean company Evergreen Group Holdings in search of new female members.
In the preliminary auditions in Singapore, approximately one hundred twenty young ladies showed up to share their talents. The company also had auditions in South Korea and Japan.
The group originally had four members: Keena, Aran, Sio, and Saena. They debuted in November of 2022 with “The Fifty” EP. They’re most popularly known for their song, “Cupid,” which was released in February 2023.
The song reached 100 on Billboard’s Hot 100 Chart 130 days after the group’s debut. For twenty-five straight weeks, the group reached seventeenth on the charts.
FIFTY FIFTY’S original members, Aran, Sio, and Saena, had their exclusive contracts terminated with Attrakt over a legal disagreement.
