MANILA, Philippines – Daniel Padilla’s high-end sports car Chevrolet Corvette was listed for sale on Facebook Marketplace, with an offer extended to social media personality Jayson Luzadas (Boss Toyo) for P6.5 million.
In his YouTube vlog, Luzadas featured a car dealer and a companion attempting to sell Daniel Padilla’s initial sports car, an orange Chevrolet Corvette Stingray C7. The duo presented various documents proving Padilla’s ownership of the vehicle, along with some identification cards.
According to the dealer, the car was bought by Padilla sometime in 2016 but he just recently decided to part ways with the car. Luzadas asked why Padilla would want to sell his first car, the dealer said, “Siguro boss, sawa na, retired na… pero yan ang kauna-unahang nabili nya.”
The initial cost of the car was set at P6.5 million, but Luzadas proposed a reduced price of P5.5 million. Negotiations continued until Luzadas settled on a final offer of P5.8 million.
However, the dealer declined the offer, asserting that the sports car couldn’t be sold for less than P6 million due to its “market value.” Eventually, the dealer revealed that Padilla initially sold the car to a friend who later tasked them with locating another buyer.
Daniel Padilla’s sports car was listed for sale on Facebook pages F2A Cars and Garage888ph. As of now, it is unclear whether the vehicle has been sold or not.
In a December 2014 interview with YES! Magazine, Daniel acknowledged that cars were his primary luxury or indulgence. During that period, he possessed a red Ford E-150, a Honda Zoomer-X scooter, and a Polaris 4X4 all-terrain vehicle (ATV).
Alongside his red Corvette Stingray, Daniel Padilla also has a matte black Corvette Stingray in his garage.
In February 2017, a multitude of fans observed the actor behind the wheel of this car as he departed from the filming location of his movie “Can’t Help Falling In Love.”
