Police reports confirmed that he was shot 10 times. Furthermore, they have also concluded that the suspects were really after the victim’s motorcycle. They were able to arrest the suspects in less than 24 hours.

Pasig City Police Chief PCol. Hendrix Mangaldan announced that the suspects were charged with violation of the carnapping law, illegal possession of firearms, and murder. He also revealed that they have been charged for similar activities.

“Modus operandi nila na mag-carnap ng motorcycle and then ‘pag medyo may resistance ‘yung biktima, binabaril,” said Mangaldan.



Allan’s family mourned his death and was devastated by the police’s report confirming the suspects’ intentions.

“Bakit ganun yung ginawa niyo sa anak ko? Kung intensyon niyong agawin yung motor niya, sana kinuha niyo na lang, bakit pinatay niyo pa?” the mother said.

One of Allan’s relatives, JM Eugenio, has shared further stories about his fallen family member. He expressed gratitude to the people who paid respects to Allan, the police, and even to Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto, who personally visited and condolenced the family.
