Chloe Anjeleigh has had her first interview with Luis Listens. Carlos Yulo’s girlfriend addresses all the overwhelming attention she’s received from netizens. Here, she speaks up about authenticity and valuing mental health as a public figure.

In his former interview with Luis Manzano, Carlos said that Chloe cares for his mental health and well-being. In Chloe’s turn, the host asked her about the messages she had received from her followers. 

She highlighted that a lot of fans told her to take care of her own mental health and well-being. “They’re all so nice, (and) I think that’s my favorite,” she says. 

When asked about her favorite message, Chloe Anjeleigh answered, “Thank you ate for being an inspiration na maging strong. And maging totoo sa saril ko and really fighting for what you want.”



On Chloe Anjeleigh’s family, she shared that she was born in the Philippines. However, she moved to Australia in 2013 when she was eleven. She said that the initial adjustment was hard, especially with school.

But she says she was fortunate enough to have friends who just moved to the country around the same time. “So, ‘yung parang, we kind of going through it together.”

Chloe Anjeleigh also shared that one of the few things she loves about Australia is the people. “Sobrang kind, sobrang sweet, sobrang accommodating nila.” She shared that she missed Filipino food the most when she was away.



When asked about Carlos Yulo and Chloe’s relationship, she says that she was very proud of him. The online personality also mentioned how emotional she was when he won the floor exercise during the Olympics.

Regarding her career, Chloe says she wants to grow her music career further and work with Regine Velasquez in the future. 



“Kung makakausap mo si bagets na Chloe, ano ang sasabihin mo?” Luis asked. Chloe responded, “Thank you so much for not giving up and for being so strong and firm with what you wanted in life.”

After this, Chloe shared that she struggled with her mental health in her first seven years in Australia. Additionally, Luis praised her for Chloe’s emphasis on the importance of mental health. 

For her message to those struggling, Chloe says, “Don’t take it too hard on yourself. Really protect and give so much love to the people around you, na nagsusupport saiyo. Because they know what’s happening sa paligid mo. And really listen to them that they are here for you.”

“Don’t be like, ‘Ay hindi kasi ganyan lang kasi malungkot ako. Kaya lang kayo andiyan para saakin.’ No, they really are there for you. The right people, the real people, they are there for you.”

Towards the end of the video, Chloe Anjeleigh San Jose took a moment to thank their supporters. She emphasized that their kind words touched her a lot.
