Cagayan de Oro City reported a total of 46 new confirmed cases for coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on Friday, October 1.

The city logged 46 new confirmed cases as of 10 PM yesterday, 32 of which are local index cases, five local cases with links, five local APOR cases, one APOR case with links, and three persons deprived of liberty.

With this, the city has a total cumulative of 19,545 COVID-19 cases.

Out of the total cumulative, 2,744 are active cases, 587 are currently admitted at Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC), 2,141 outpatients staying at the Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility (TTMF), and 16 patients under the ROF/LSI category.

The city also announced a total of 294 new recoveries and two new deaths, bringing the total recovery and deaths cases to 15,974 and 827 respectively.
