Cagayan de Oro City reported 26 new confirmed cases for coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on Wednesday, January 20.
In today’s press briefing, City Health Officer Dr. Lorraine Nery said the city recorded a total of 26 new cases as of 10 PM yesterday, 13 of which are local cases with links, four local APORs, and nine local index cases.
With this, the total cumulative COVID-19 cases in the city is now 3,162.
Out of the cumulative total, 364 are active cases, 113 are currently admitted at Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC), 245 outpatients staying at the Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility (TTMF), and six cases under the ROF/LSI category.
Dr. Nery also announced 22 new recoveries and no new death, bringing the total recovery and death toll to 2,637 and 161, respectively.
Of the cumulative total, 417 are under the LSI/ROF category, with six active cases, one death (ROF), and 410 recovered. Meanwhile, local cases rise to 2,745 with 245 active cases, 160 deaths, and 2,227 recoveries.
