Cagayan de Oro City reported 34 new confirmed cases for coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on Thursday, January 14.
In today’s press briefing, City Health Officer Dr. Lorraine Nery said the city logged a total of 34 new cases as of 10 PM yesterday, one of which is a locally stranded individual (LSI), 19 local cases with link, one local APOR, and 12 local index cases.
With this, the total cumulative confirmed cases in the city are at 3,051.
Out of the cumulative total, 357 are active cases, 102 are currently admitted at Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC), 242 outpatients staying at the Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility (TTMF), and 13 cases under the ROF/LSI category.
Dr. Nery also announced six new recoveries and one new death, bringing the total recovery and death toll to 2,539 and 155, respectively.
Of the cumulative total, 414 are under the LSI/ROF category, with 13 active cases, one death (ROF), and 400 recovered.
Meanwhile, local cases rise to 2,637 with 242 active cases, 154 deaths, and 2,139 recoveries.
