The city logged 4 new COVID-19 cases on September 06, 2022. There are now 88 active cases in the city with a total cumulative of 26,908 COVID-19 cases since March 2020.

Out of the total cumulative, 30 are currently admitted at Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC), and 58 outpatients staying at the Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility (TTMF).

The city also logged 15 new recoveries and one new death, bringing the total recoveries and death cases to 25,868 and 952, respectively.
