The city logged seven new COVID-19 cases on July 7, 2022. There are now 26 active cases in the city with a total cumulative of 25,945 COVID-19 cases since March 2020.

Out of the total cumulative, 10 are currently admitted at Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC), and 16 outpatients staying at the Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility (TTMF).

The city also logged four new recoveries and no new deaths, bringing the total recoveries and death cases to 24,978 and 941, respectively.
