Cagayan de Oro, Philippines (Breaking News) – Around 12:29 PM Monday, a Super Five Bus with a plate number AGA 9268 plummets into ravine in Purok-7, Upper Puerto. Puerto Police Station Traffic Investigator said the bus is en route to Cagayan de Oro when it hit a tree. Because of the impact, the tree fell off along with the bus into the ravine. Driver Rito Reyes, 47, jumped off the bus as the bus plummeted, causing his severe injuries. There are a total of 30 passengers on board from Bukidnon. “Hinay man ang among dagan, nagsayaw sayaw ang among gisakyan. Mi-ambak ang drayber ug iya ming gibiyaan. Nabangga dayon mi sa gemilina nga punuan, ug nahulog ang bus”, a senior citizen passanger recounted. (Our bus was slow-moving, then it started swaying. The driver jumped off the bus, leaving us behind. We then hit the gemilina tree, and the bus fell off.)
