Starting April 1, 2025, BDO Unibank (BDO) cardholders will incur transaction fees when using automated teller machines (ATMs) located in 7-Eleven convenience stores nationwide.
This change marks the end of the previously free ATM services for BDO customers at these locations.
According to a recent advisory, the new transaction fees for BDO cardholders at 7-Eleven ATMs are as follows:
- Balance Inquiry: ₱2.00 per transaction
- Cash Withdrawal: ₱18.00 per transaction
For BDO Cash Card users, the existing ₱2.00 withdrawal fee at BDO ATMs will remain unchanged.

With the introduction of transaction fees, customers may now need to explore more cost-effective ways to access their money.
Most Convenient Withdrawal Options with Minimal Fees

To avoid the additional charges at 7-Eleven ATMs, here are the best ways for BDO customers to withdraw cash with little to no transaction fees:
- Use BDO ATMs
- Withdraw from any official BDO ATM to avoid withdrawal fees.
- Balance inquiries at BDO ATMs are also free.
- To locate the nearest BDO ATM, use the BDO Online Banking App or check the BDO website.
- Withdraw Over-the-Counter at BDO Branches
- Visit any BDO branch and withdraw cash directly from your account.
- Bring a valid ID and your ATM card for verification.
- Cash Out Through BDO Partner Establishments
- Certain retailers and stores, such as supermarkets and department stores, offer cash withdrawal services when making a purchase.
- Check with the cashier for available cash back options at participating locations.
- Use Digital Payment Methods
- Reduce your need for cash by using BDO’s online banking, e-wallets (e.g., GCash, Maya), or QR payments.
- Many merchants now accept card payments, eliminating the need to withdraw money frequently.
With the introduction of fees at 7-Eleven ATMs, it’s best for BDO cardholders to plan their withdrawals wisely.
Always check for the nearest BDO ATM or partner locations to minimize extra charges.

No, BDO Cash Card users will continue to pay the existing ₱2.00 withdrawal fee at BDO ATMs, but this does not apply to 7-Eleven ATMs.
7-Eleven ATMs are operated by Pito AxM Platform Inc. (PAPI), a subsidiary of Japan’s Seven Bank, Ltd. These machines are not owned by BDO, and fees are now being implemented for their use.
You can check the BDO Online Banking App or visit the BDO website to locate the nearest ATM.
