MANILA, Philippines – Actress Angelica Panganiban tied the knot with businessman fiancee Gregg Homan on New Year’s eve.
The couple celebrated their union in a private ceremony, surrounded by close friends and family.
In an Instagram post on Monday, Panganiban shared their marriage photo, captioning it, “123123. Patuloy na mananalig at maniniwala sa pag-ibig. Sa kabila ng lahat. Ang pagmamahal pa rin ang kakapitan.”
“Maligayang bagong taon – Mrs Angelica Panganiban Homan (heart emoji),” she added.
Meanwhile, showbiz personalities like Marian Rivera, Pokwang, Alyssa Valdez, Nikki Gil, Issa Calzado, Diana Zubiri and many other celebrities congratulated the couple in the post’s comment section.
In October 2023, Angelica announced her engagement to the father of her child. They joyfully welcomed their baby girl in September of that same year.
Panganiban and Homan first met in 2018 through Panganiban’s friend, Cherry Pie Picache. At the time, Panganiban was filming a television series in Subic, where Homan resides.
They announced their relationship in 2020, and Homan proposed to Panganiban on October 8, 2022. The proposal took place during Panganiban’s pregnancy with their first child.
In the recent vlog, the couple discussed their intention to tie the knot in the beginning of 2024. There were subtle indications pointing towards a potential wedding date of May 20, 2024, given the significance of the numbers “5” and “20” in their relationship. This is because Panganiban had accepted Homan’s proposal at precisely 5:20 p.m.
