A tragic shooting incident shook Tondo when a 62-year-old barangay tanod (village watchman) was fatally shot by a suspected member of the Sputnik Gang.
The victim, Jonathan Riso, was gunned down during his regular patrol duty in the early hours of the morning on December 6.
