K-pop girl band 2NE1 has added another day to their “Welcome Back” concert in Manilla. Live Nation Philippines and YG Entertainment officially announced that the live event’s second night will be on November 17 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.

“We’re adding another date to the 2NE1 Asia Tour!” Live Nation Philippines stated on their Facebook post.

The post also informed that the tickets for the live event will be available on October 13 via SM Tickets online and outlets nationwide. Ticket prices for the second night will be the same as the first night, with seats that offer restricted views also made available for fans.

The demand for a second night of 2NE1’s live concert became official after many fans lamented not being able to secure tickets. Reports stated that around 200,000 people attempted to queue online; however, the tickets for the first night sold out by 4:50 PM.

“Maraming maraming salamat Blackjack PH. Sobrang mahal namin kayo at super excited bumalik sa Manila after 10yrs!” 2NE1 member Sandara Park expressed her gratitude on her Twitter/X post.

“Sobrang mahal namin kayo at super excited kami bumalik sa Manila,” she added.

2NE1’s live concert in Manila is part of their “Welcome Back” reunion tour, which kicked off in Seoul this October. The band has been one of the many recognizable names in the K-pop industry since its inception in 2009. The band members were also credited with popularizing K-pop’s “girl crush” concept within the country.

2NE1 released popular hits such as “Fire,” “I Don’t Care,” and “Lonely ” throughout its initial run. The girl band originally disbanded in 2016 but later reunited in April 2022. The girl band will also perform in Japan, Hong Kong, and Singapore this year and continue through 2025.
