Global girl group KATSEYE and Kings of P-Pop SB19 dance to the girl group’s song, “Touch.” The HYBE group just posted their collaboration on their social media platforms for their Market Market fan showcase in the Philippines.

KATSEYE captioned their video, “SB19 making the challenge fire 🔥.” Moreover, the collaboration between the two popular pop groups quickly gained traction on social media. A few of the comments include, “Early KATSEYE and SB19 is crazy.”

Another user wrote, “I just knew that SB19 would do the hip move, yup.”
Three out of six members, Sofia, Daniela, and Yoonchae, were present in the video. On the other hand, all five members of SB19 were there, Pablo, Josh, Stell, and Justin.
Before the official release of their collab, EYEKONS and A’TIN already spotted the boy group in KATSEYE’s fan showcase in Manila. The girl group was here to promote their Netflix documentary, “Pop Star Academy: KATSEYE.”
This also isn’t the first time the global group collaborated with a P-pop ensemble. During their KCON LA debut, KATSEYE made several videos with the Filipina girl group BINI.

For their press conference, the members shared that this was their first time in the Philippines. However, their leader, Sophia Laforteza, is Filipina born and raised. She is the daughter of theater actress and singer Carla Guevarra and Godfrey Laforteza.
A few minutes after KATSEYE uploaded their “Touch” collaboration, SB19’s official accounts also posted their “GENTO” collaboration.

However, this collaboration might be something the fans saw coming. A few days ago, for the girl group’s fan showcase, SB19 shared on their IG stories that the girl group gifted them copies of their EP, “Soft is Strong” or “SIS.”
Due to these uploads, fans quickly took to X (formerly Twitter) to share their joy and excitement.
One fan posted, “Maging boygroup or girlgroup ang sb19 kaya nila maging slay e ang cucute tanggal angas ba mga gar?”
Another fan wrote that they wished for an SB19 and KATSEYE collab.
