The groundbreaking for Housing Construction of Balubal Socialized Housing Project in Cagayan de Oro took place on Wednesday, February 3.

Housing 960 informal settler families (IFS) beneficiaries, this housing project is the first medium-rise building project under the administration of Mayor Oscar Moreno in partnership with Socialized Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC), DSHUD, BRIA HOMES, and Performance Builders Devt Corp.
