The Philippine National Police released in the new guidelines for the movement of people under the General Community Quarantine (GCQ) and Modified GCQ on June 1.

The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region 10 also clarified that workers and those listed as Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APORs) do not need travel authority. Likewise, travel authority will also not be required if one is traveling within their province for indispensable travel.
Indispensable travel includes family emergency, medical emergency, and for other humanitarian reasons.
