Northeast monsoon continues to affect Northern Luzon

On Monday morning, January 10, the weather state bureau reported that the northeast monsoon will continue to affect the northern part of Luzon.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said areas in Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to amihan (northeast monsoon).

Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the archipelago.

Moderate to Strong winds will prevail over the northern and western part of Luzon, while the rest of the Philippines will experience Light to Moderate winds. –
