Other duties include planning, designing, building, and/or improving all varieties of irrigation projects and supplementary structures; operating, maintaining, and managing all national irrigation systems; and researching, studying, and developing all available water resources in the nation, primarily for irrigation purposes.

  2. Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable); 
  3. Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/rating/license; and 
  4. Photocopy of Transcript of Records.
