Fuel price rollback effective December 6, 2022

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — The new set of fuel price changes for the month is set to take effect on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, according to industry sources.

In a separate advisory, CALTEX will implement a price decrease for diesel by Php1.90 per liter, kerosene by Php1.65 per liter, and Platinum and Silver gasoline by Php1.95 per liter, effective 12:01 am.

Effective 6:00 am, Pilipinas SHELL will implement a price decrease for diesel by Php1.90 per liter, kerosene by Php1.65 per liter, and gasoline by Php1.95 per liter.

Petro Gazz will implement a price decrease for diesel by Php1.90 per liter and gasoline by Php1.95 per liter, effective 6:00 am.

Effective 6:00 am, Seaoil will implement a price decrease for diesel by Php1.90 per liter, kerosene by Php1.65 per liter, and gasoline by Php1.95 per liter.

The estimates for this week are the following:

  • Diesel – Php1.70 to Php2.00 per liter (rollback)
  • Gasoline – Php1.90 to Php2.10 per liter (rollback)
  • Kerosene – Php1.30 to Php1.60 per liter (rollback)

Year-to-date net increase

On November 29, prices decreased by Php3.95 per liter for diesel, while gasoline increased by Php0.85 per liter, and kerosene by Php2.65 per liter. Meanwhile, diesel prices decreased by Php2.15 per liter, kerosene by Php2.10 per liter, and gasoline by Php0.40 per liter on November 22.

As of November 22, 2022, the year-to-date net increase is Php17.75 per liter for gasoline, Php33.85 per liter for diesel, and Php27.85 per liter for kerosene.
